Venue Rules and Policies for ticketed events/festivals

During the festival, you may bring a chair and/or blanket to sit in designated areas with the appropriate ticket.

No outside alcohol or coolers are allowed inside or outside the venue.

NO RVs and/or LARGE Buses will be allowed to park in the parking lot.

Although Texas Law says minors accompanied by their parent/guardian/legal spouse are allowed to be in possession of alcohol, Luckenbach Texas DOES NOT ALLOW anyone underage to be in possession or drinking alcohol on the property. IF ANY MINOR IS CAUGHT IN POSSESSION THEY AND THEIR PARTY WILL BE ASKED TO LEAVE THE PROPERTY.

No firearms, noise-makers, fireworks, or weapons of any kind are allowed on the property. This includes pocket knives.

No large bags, backpacks, or backpack purses are allowed. Bag size cannot exceed 12″ x 12″ x 6″ and must be clear. All bags are subject to search at the front gate and items not allowed will be confiscated and disposed of at the front gate.

Cameras and video are not allowed at any time. Some artists don’t allow any cameras at all.

No Go Pros or Selfie Sticks.

No poster tubes.

No binoculars.

No drinking containers are allowed inside the venue, even if they are empty (Ex. Tumblers, Yeti Mugs, Etc.)

If it has been raining close to gate times, or it is predicted to rain during the concert, we will allow umbrellas in the venue. They must remain closed unless it is raining. Umbrellas being used for shade purposes are not permitted.

If you have any items that are not allowed inside the venue, you will be asked to put them back in your vehicle. – NO EXCEPTIONS

No guitars/musical instruments are allowed inside the venue.

Luckenbach Texas is not responsible for any lost or misplaced items.

Very Limited re-entry into the venue is allowed and will be at security’s discretion.

Bars accept Cash, Visa, MasterCard, and Discover.

Valid ID must be presented at the front gate and bar.

Bartenders reserve the right to refuse service as they deem necessary.

Security guards reserve the right to escort anyone out of the venue as they deem necessary.

Luckenbach Texas reserves the right to refuse entrance if deemed necessary.

Pets are allowed on the property but must remain on a leash at all times.

Shoes and Shirts Required.

Consumption of alcohol in the parking lot is prohibited.

3rd party tickets DO NOT guarantee admittance to the venue.

No refunds on ticket purchases (even if you are removed from the venue).
